Commercial Air Conditioning Maintenance Agreement Plans

All-Air Systems is a construction and service mechanical contractor performing commercial heating and air conditioning services throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.

Inspections & Maintenance

We perform operational inspection check-ups and maintenances for our customers’ HVAC equipment. This includes monitoring and logging status, performance, recording readings, and performing important maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and longevity.

Value in commercial HVAC maintenance plans

Maintenance agreements are proven to catch problems before they happen. They also help maintain a great communicative relationship between the contractor, on site personnel, and the customer. This keeps needed repairs and orders moving quickly. Delays in repairs cause premature equipment failure, major repairs, and discomfort and an unsafe environment for the building occupants.

Additional Benefits

By becoming a customer with an HVAC Service Agreement Plan, you receive instant savings in the form of:
Priority Service Scheduling
Reduced repair labor and parts rates
Fewer Emergency Breakdown Repairs

Options for our Customers

Our customers have the flexibility to custom tailor an HVAC maintenance agreement plan that suits their exact requirements and budget.

Monthly HVAC
Inspections

One of the preventative services we offer is monthly HVAC equipment inspections. This service involves a lower level of engagement. Per an annual service agreement, we arrive monthly at your location to check and log status of the HVAC equipment in your building. These “check-ups” include visual inspections of the equipment to make sure everything is operating as intended and within normal operating ranges. We check for water leaks, signs of electrical issues, signs of mechanical wear, pressures, air temperatures, and more. The purpose of these minimal time monthly inspections is to catch an issue at the earliest stage. When a maintenance agreement is only bi-annual or even quarterly, months could pass before an issue is discovered. Inspections provide great value for our customers.

Bi-annual & Quarterly HVAC Maintenances

It is during a routine maintenance when our technicians perform more invasive preventative tasks. Although we recommend quarterly maintenances, we also have customers who elect to have them performed twice a year. Either way, our team of qualified technicians arrive on scheduled dates to perform an agreed upon list of tasks that are unique to the equipment on site. This HVAC equipment and systems include:
  • Rooftop units
  • Air handling units
  • Water source heat pumps
  • Chillers
  • Cooling towers
  • Heat exchangers
  • Expansion tanks
  • CRAC (computer room a/c)
  • Pumps
  • VFDs
  • Boilers
  • Water heaters
  • Geothermal systems
  • Packaged units and Split systems
  • VRF/VRV and ductless systems
